Located in the China-ASEAN Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Cooperation Center in Liangqing District, Nanning, the company occupies over 1,200 square meters of office space and houses five specialized product development laboratories.
It has assembled a high-caliber technical team of nearly 50 members, with more than 20% holding doctoral or master’s degrees, forming a strong talent barrier for technological innovation.
In industry-academia-research collaboration, the company has established in-depth partnerships with renowned universities and research institutions at home and abroad, including South China University of Technology, Guangxi University, Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Kunming University of Science and Technology, and the University of Technology Sydney.
Together, they have built a physical platform for the R&D and industrial application of artificial intelligence and Internet of Things technologies, focusing on breakthroughs in five major scientific fields.
Key research and development areas include multi-dimensional sensing for hidden line fault monitoring, intelligent LiDAR point cloud monitoring devices for transmission lines, and edge computing integration terminals for the industrial Internet of Things.
The company has established the Guangxi Institute of Artificial Intelligence and IoT Industry Technology as an affiliated research institution.
With a total investment of no less than 100 million yuan, the project will be implemented in three phases:
2026: Invest 30 million yuan to build 4 engineering and technology laboratories.
2027: Invest 40 million yuan to complete a proof-of-concept pilot center and a pilot-scale production base.
2028: Invest 30 million yuan to introduce SMT packaging and testing production lines, achieving large-scale mass production.
The company focuses on AI robotics and intelligent perception as its core technical directions,
mainly developing products such as quadruped robots, unmanned vehicles, humanoid robots, and robotic arms.
It also specializes in the R&D and scenario-based application of intelligent sensors, data acquisition terminals, and lightweight AI edge computing devices.
In terms of market development, the company targets three key sectors: power grids, industry, and transportation.

The name Dinghe draws inspiration from two ideals:

In 2022, several alumni of South China University of Technology conceived a vision for entrepreneurship in Shenzhen, aiming to build a high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D and application of intelligent scenarios.
After three years of technological accumulation and resource integration, they chose to realize their dream in Nanning in 2025 — a strategic hub connecting China and ASEAN.
The shift from Shenzhen to Nanning reflects not only the city’s strategic advantage as a China–ASEAN hub, but also a commitment to deeply integrating research resources from universities such as South China University of Technology with real industrial demand, advancing the integrated development of “industry, academia, research and application”.
“Ding” and “He” are more than a name — they embody the company’s DNA.

Since its establishment, Dinghe has built in-depth cooperation with a number of universities including Guilin University of Electronic Technology, Guangxi University, and the University of Technology Sydney.
